Responsibilities

- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish internal foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience translating complex futures into corporate strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on societal or technological megatrends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive and technical audiences
