Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and scale disruptive solutions for 2026 use cases
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to drive investment decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to de-risk long-term innovation portfolios and accelerate time-to-market
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futurist consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and commercializing future-focused solutions
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Future Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches with global impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
