- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Pioneer horizon scanning methodologies using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Represent Horizon at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back innovation projects for Fortune 500 clients
