Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps spanning AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate tech, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
