Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead ideation workshops to generate breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Track record of launching at least one disruptive innovation to market
- Strong network within futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFMP, CIP)
