Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and translate insights into competitive advantages
- Partner with academia and industry consortia on next-gen standards and protocols
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation management
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
