- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate forward-thinking organizational culture
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Produce thought leadership content positioning company as future-ready authority
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, AC/SCIP) preferred
