- Develop future-proof business strategies and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable commercial offerings
- Present insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and academia
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
