Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030

- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and implementation roadmaps
- Lead the creation of annual 'Future State' reports and trend forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
