Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University affiliates
- Anticipate global megatrends through predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Architect patent portfolios for next-gen human augmentation and climate resilience solutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Temporal Thinking framework
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (CFP preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in Future Journal or equivalent peer-reviewed futurist platforms
- Expertise in scenario planning, causal layered analysis, and weak signal detection
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in Python for trend simulation and R for foresight analytics
