Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior
- Design innovation frameworks for cross-functional R&D teams
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups
- Curate annual 'Future State' thought leadership symposium
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed)
- Proven track record implementing innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
