Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy spanning AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author in futurism or innovation (minimum 3 peer-reviewed articles)
- Experience leading teams across 5+ countries and cultures
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from a recognized institution
