Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on climate tech and neuro-interface applications
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Secure partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Singularity University
- Author thought leadership pieces in Nature Futures and WIRED
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with $1B+ portfolio impact
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with patent strategy for emerging tech domains
- Track record of launching successful ventures in regulated industries
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MEA markets)
