Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for sustainable business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative insights
- Identify disruptive opportunities and threats in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D investments and market positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., APF, CFSD) preferred
