- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive internal adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and external partners
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
