Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and paradigm shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Champion innovation workshops across departments to cultivate future-ready mindsets
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Report' quantifying disruption risks and opportunities
- Spearhead cross-functional R&D partnerships with quantum computing and AI labs
- Advose on regulatory implications of exponential technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech architecture
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented transformations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience building foresight dashboards with predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of global megatrends reshaping 2026+ markets
- Exceptional stakeholder communication for complex technical concepts
