- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry forums
- Drive R&D initiatives with 5+ year horizons and $1M+ annual budgets
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
