Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate adaptation, space economy) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and competitive intelligence reports
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, systems thinking)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario-planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
