Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce executive-level trend reports with quantitative/qualitative predictive modeling
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives on future-ready strategies
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Advise product development teams on 5-10 year innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2020+ foresight track record
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Experience advising C-suite on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
