Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ tech adoption across AI, biotech, and quantum sectors
- Analyze global data streams to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future scenario planning
- Author whitepapers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools like SIFT or Kumu
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from ACSP or similar
