Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption across enterprise sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for future workforce and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into actionable business strategies
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on technological convergence trends
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications and regulatory readiness for future tech
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global scenarios
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
