- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG and sustainability goals
- Present future-state briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish global partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
