- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Analyze emerging trends and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term innovation initiatives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Blue Ocean Strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
