- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year market evolution
- Lead high-stakes innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable C-level recommendations
- Architect Horizon's 2026 technology adoption pipeline
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in STEEP (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political) analysis
- Advanced proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
