Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions and business models
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D to validate emerging technologies and market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
