Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with 5-year technological trajectories
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools for trend detection
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future insights or implemented strategic initiatives
