Your insights will directly shape our 5-year roadmap, ensuring we're not just prepared for 2026 but actively defining it.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and socio-economic shifts
- Develop predictive models to assess market readiness for emerging innovations
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Monitor global policy/regulatory impacts on future technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (provide portfolio)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, BioTech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published author in innovation or forespace publications preferred
