Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and assess market viability
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot program execution
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research institutions and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, nanotechnology, climate tech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
