Your Mission: Translate 2026's technological landscape into actionable strategies, guiding R&D investments and product innovation while navigating ethical implications of tomorrow's breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI governance)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruptor analysis for 5-10 year horizon
- Author thought leadership publications and internal foresight reports
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or strategic documents
