Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Research and synthesize global signals from 15+ industries to identify disruption opportunities
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and government innovation councils
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFP preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Publishing record in futures studies or industry white papers
