- Produce actionable scenario planning reports for C-suite decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our portfolio
- Champion sustainable and ethical innovation principles across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., AC/SCIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused implementations
