Responsibilities

- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their organizations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
