Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence domains
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and smart city ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in space exploration and synthetic biology
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech implications
- Coordinate global think tank partnerships for collaborative innovation
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
