Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and trend foresight framework
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for emerging domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into current R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and forecast market disruption vectors for 2026+ ecosystems
- Mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/future journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
