Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their organizations
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $50M+ annual budgets
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global summits on future-focused policy and ethics
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or R&D leadership with future-tech focus
- Proven track record of delivering 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Technology Assessment
