Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
