Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, AI, biotechnology, and space exploration sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and market entry strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate vision and KPIs
- Produce thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Represent FutureHorizons at global forums (Davos, CES, World Economic Summit) as a keynote speaker
- Build and lead a global network of futurist consultants and academic partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Emerging Technology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting, Futures)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep technical fluency in quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex future states into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 5+ year foresight implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
