Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026+ global trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders and industry summits
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across enterprise domains
- Curate the annual FutureVision Symposium featuring world-renowned futurists
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on paradigm shifts (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on 5-10 year transformation
