Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping global trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts for 2026+ horizons
- Develop and maintain a dynamic ecosystem of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Design and facilitate high-impact scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and megatrend mapping
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
