- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging ventures and track innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the company's foresight knowledge base
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success translating complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives brought to market
