Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Maintain partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, space)
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic implementations
