Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly foresight reports on technological, economic, and societal shifts affecting 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients navigating future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Create strategic roadmaps for R&D investments aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor emerging signals and validate predictions through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotechnology, climate adaptation, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future insights
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
