- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs globally
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term business strategy
- Design and implement organizational resilience protocols for disruptive scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and build the company's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications

- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
