- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation initiatives
- Present findings to executive teams and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Monitor global trend intelligence and maintain a dynamic foresight database
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies for future scenario testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
