Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Advolve organizational leadership on long-term risk mitigation and adaptation strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-forecasting impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic foresight
- Experience designing and executing scenario planning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly desirable
