Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and market expansion strategies
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' potential impact on business operations and customer needs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
