Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform long-term corporate strategy
- Develop actionable 2026 roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision and prototype future workplace paradigms
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to incubate exponential technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business plans
