Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Author quarterly foresight reports and publish industry thought leadership
- Identify potential partnerships and acquisition targets for future growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making
- Published author or speaker at industry conferences
