Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market signals, and disruptive forces
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Build cross-functional partnerships to embed future-readiness into product development
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
