Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership positioning Horizon as the 2026 technology authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research labs
- Quantify market opportunities for futuristic technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, MIT Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic initiatives
